Refund policy
1.Purchases are final
When you buy coins, the purchase is final and non-refundable once payment goes through, whether or not you have spent the coins. This applies to every coin pack, including bonus coins. Coins have no cash value and can't be exchanged back for money.
2.Unlocked chapters
Spending coins to unlock chapters is also final. Chapters you unlock stay unlocked on your account. Check the chapter range before you confirm a range unlock; you're never charged for chapters you already own.
3.When something goes wrong
We'll fix genuine problems on our side. If you were charged but didn't get your coins, or were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us through the help center with the date and amount. We'll credit the missing coins or reverse the duplicate charge.
4.Novels that are taken down
Sometimes a novel has to be removed, for example after a valid copyright notice or when a license ends. Chapters you unlocked in that novel will no longer be available. In that case we may, at our discretion, return the coins you spent on them to your balance.
5.Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away refund rights you have under the law where you live and that can't be waived. When you buy coins you ask us to deliver them right away and accept that, as a result, any right to cancel the purchase ends once the coins are added to your account, where the law allows this.
6.Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank instead of contacting us, we may remove the coins from that purchase, and the chapters they unlocked, and suspend the account while the dispute is open. Please talk to us first; we can usually sort things out faster.
7.Invite bonuses
If a purchase that earned an invite bonus is refunded or charged back, the bonus coins are taken back from both people.
