I hadn't expected to master it all within a single fatigue cycle.
I was in a good mood.
I opened the Gallery and posted.
______
Title: Moon Wheel Scythe Method mastered.
Author: Anon(121F)

______
tl;dr.
Title says it all.
My username was floor 121, so all the relevant info was already there.
Still, I knew it was an absurdly terse post.
…It wasn't that I'd suddenly wanted to look cool.
The afterglow of *Full Moon* was still sitting heavy in my body, and I simply didn't have the mental bandwidth to write more.
That was the only reason.
'Communicating directly isn't a bad idea either…'
I hit refresh.
The reactions were explosive.
First came the comments about climbing 20 floors in such a short time.
Anon(312F): holy shit climbed another 20 floors lmaooooooo
Anon(431F): pushing 20 floors in the range we know about = new record confirmed gg
└ Anon(436F): fr she just wrote it like it was nothing;;;
Anon(723F): knew it was possible but seeing it for real is still insane.
Anon(432F): did she push it with Wrath of the Sun God?
└ Anon(324F): she said she mastered the scythe method or whatever so probably did it with just the scythe…
Anon(723F): wait what. that's unhinged.
Amid the flood of praise, a familiar named user chimed in with the usual nagging.
Fenrir: no but this is too fast;; did you read more of the walkthrough?
└ Anon(121F)(OP): I already read through floor 150.
└ Fenrir: you need to keep reading up to 50 floors ahead. mobs can change mid-way…;; please just be careful.
└ Anon(355F): you be careful and go do your floor trials instead.
└ Anon(642F): fr lmaooooooo
└ Anon(121F)(OP): no you're right, got it. I'll do that from now on.
└ Fenrir: ok ok
└ Anon(643F): newbie managing everyone's feelings like a pro lmaooo
└ Anon(249F): the way she's winning over literally everyone is kinda annoying lol;
Next came the reactions to how quickly I'd learned the scythe arts.
└ Anon(543F): you actually mastered it for real?
└ Anon(121F)(OP): yep.
└ Anon(445F): confirmed all-around full talent gg;;
└ Anon(150F): wait she already learned all of it? martial arts aren't like magic, you can't just pick it up overnight. isn't she just mimicking the moves?
└ Anon(351F): probably just copying the motions and calling it mastery lol…
└ Anon(643F): what are you two doing?
└ Anon(249F): (please let that be the case) lmaooooooooooooooooooo
It seemed like some people couldn't believe that someone with zero martial arts background had internalized all five stances in one go.
And right then.
The very person who had taught me those stances appeared.
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: …Truly remarkable. This one taught you the oral formulas thinking you had only just taken up the scythe, intending merely for you to get a feel for it. Are you saying you have fully embodied all five stances?
└ Anon(121F)(OP): yep.
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: My…! I must restructure the training sequence at once.
└ Anon(351F): just demolished the whole curriculum lmao
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: This is a truly extraordinary pace. Even those called geniuses in the sect I once belonged to took a full fortnight just to lay the groundwork for a single martial art!
'So I've gone and gotten talented in this area too…'
But a handful of Gallery users still refused to let their skepticism go.
└ Anon(249F): no way this is real…
└ Anon(351F): the mobs at that level are weak enough that you can flail and they'll still die. she might just think she learned it.
└ Anon(249F): if the newbie has talent that's good for all of us, why are you being like this?
└ Anon(351F): i'm not being a snake i genuinely just can't believe it ;;;;
'Should've written a longer post…'
That seemed to be the side effect.
I typed.
└ Anon(121F)(OP): I used Oblivion of the Time God to train.
└ Anon(351F): ?
└ Anon(121F)(OP): I'd push right up to the moment before getting hit, slow time down, then use Black Shift to grab an attack window and go through each movement one by one, correcting my muscle motion. That's how I trained.
Silence.
Then the reactions came pouring in.
└ Anon(461F): the idea alone is something else.
└ Fenrir: so you were deliberately letting them hit you at first?;;
└ Anon(610F): that actually works?
└ Anon(736F): …it does make sense. it's a fact that higher Sense stat improves training efficiency.
└ Anon(150F): why would Sense stat go up all of a sudden?
That question brought out the resident item expert.
└ SSS-Rank Gear Chaser: slowing down your perceived time is functionally identical to raising your Sense stat. there's literally no qualitative difference.
└ Anon(349F): equivalence principle gg
└ SSS-Rank Gear Chaser: but newbie you're genuinely insane. how did you figure out in this short a time, with nobody telling you, to combine two items for training? i'm genuinely in awe…
└ Anon(397F): you're gonna make her head explode man.
└ Anon(643F): let's use the newbie sparingly folks.
└ Anon(121F)(OP): ?
Since SSS-Rank Gear Chaser was here, I asked.
└ Anon(121F)(OP): thanks for the compliment. but you said Oblivion of the Time God's effect was underwhelming—I thought it was incredible though?
└ SSS-Rank Gear Chaser: oh…did you? I'm sorry. I might have given you wrong info. I probably spoke from my own frame of reference without thinking. but ultimately it's compensating for Sense stat, so it will start feeling underwhelming later on. Sense stat has sharply diminishing returns the higher you go ㅜㅜ
'So it really was just that I'm weak and that's why it felt so impactful.'
└ Anon(397F): ? wait Gear Chaser didn't you say Oblivion of the Time God was a late-game artifact?
└ SSS-Rank Gear Chaser: learn to read you braindead moron, I said it's an artifact that's 'effective' in the late game you absolute waste of chromosomes.
└ Anon(643F): the temperature shift is unhinged lmaooooooo
└ Anon(397F): alright fine you bastard.
└ SSS-Rank Gear Chaser: ╭∩╮
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: Indeed… so you utilized that divine artifact in such a manner. You maximized training efficiency at the edge of death. Truly ingenious.
Then this question came in.
Anon(543F): so newbie is on floor 121 now, what's your level? how's your Strength stat?
└ Anon(121F)(OP): just hit level 125. but I haven't allocated my stats yet.
└ Anon(312F): ?
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: What?
Question marks began flooding in.
└ Fenrir: wait you haven't allocated your level-up stats?
└ Anon(249F): why not you maniac lmao
└ Anon(121F)(OP): I thought if my stats changed mid-training it'd mess with correcting my form, so I put it off.
└ Anon(687F): lmaooo she really did the weighted training bag method properly lmao no magic either lmao
└ Anon(461F): you're gonna get yourself killed newbie, allocate your stats on time;;;
Setting aside the Gallery's worried murmurs, Sword Sovereign Ji-hee issued new instructions.
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: Allocate those deferred Strength stats now! Then attempt to break the fourth wall layer. Use your stances to destroy it. Depending on the result, I shall impart the next stage of instruction.
└ Anon(121F)(OP): understood.
Wall-breaking training.
Having learned the fundamentals of handling the scythe, it seemed we were now moving into the real work.
But a sudden worry crossed my mind.
└ Anon(121F)(OP): but… the wall is really hard. if I keep hitting it with the scythe and the blade chips or breaks, what do I do? it hasn't happened so far, but still.
Someone answered.
└ Anon(351F): just feed it to Ru when the Golden Carriage comes and get it repaired ㅇㅇ.
└ Anon(121F)(OP): the next Golden Carriage is three weeks away… what if it breaks before then?
My Death God mentor, who had been keeping quiet, suddenly appeared.
└ Death Note Grand Canon: The Death Scythe is not some shoddy weapon that would shatter against a mere fourth wall layer! And what you hold is the Void Scythe—the highest grade among Death Scythes—so its durability shall be immense.
└ Anon(643F): but why do Death Gods carry those amazing scythes and only ever use Black Magic?
└ Anon(150F): fr lmaooooooo
└ Anon(710F): Ahem.
└ Anon(297F): …
It seemed my scythe's durability was on the better end, fortunately.
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: However, one must not blindly trust a weapon's durability. Wall-breaking training is not merely about cultivating destructive power—it is also a process of learning how to wield your weapon and your own body without damaging either.
└ Sword Sovereign Ji-hee: Even with identical Strength and Agility stats, knowing how to properly gather and release force can multiply destructive power by three or four times—or even dozens of times over. Remember that the five stances you just learned are nothing more than basic motions for swinging a scythe. The stances are the skeleton; from here, you must undergo the process of putting flesh on those bones.
└ Anon(121F)(OP): understood. I'll try it right now.
I closed the Gallery.
First, I dealt with the stats I'd been putting off.
Five level-ups meant a total of 15 remaining stat points.
As I'd been doing, I distributed them across Strength, Agility, Sense, and Intelligence.
Sword Sovereign Ji-hee had seemed to suggest raising only Strength, but I had no intention of doing that.
My policy of maintaining balance hadn't changed.
Which actually meant I needed to put fewer points into Strength.
My Strength stat was already a bit higher due to the earring and the Ring of Arcane Might.
[Strength stat increased by 3.]
[Agility stat increased by 4.]
[Sense stat increased by 4.]
[Intelligence stat increased by 4.]
Fwoom—!
The pleasant sensation of stats rising.
Vitality surged through my entire body.
I rose from my spot and walked toward the bare wall of floor 121.
I adjusted my grip on the scythe and drew a deep breath.
"*Falling Moon.*"
I lowered my center of gravity and loaded my full body weight into the scythe.
No need to stretch time anymore.
BOOM—!!!!
A thunderous crash, and a cloud of pale grey stone dust billowed up.
The recoil that should have jolted my wrists flowed smoothly away along the curve of the scythe's blade.
Tap—
I walked toward the wall as the dust settled.
"Oh."
A fairly large gouge had been carved into the surface.
An enormous difference from before, when it had been completely untouched.
I was certain.
Right now, I could break through this wall.
BOOM—! BOOM—!
I began swinging the scythe like a madwoman.
I burned the knack of redirecting recoil into my body.
CRACK! BANG! BANG!
*Falling Moon* to slam down, *Half Moon* to carve out, *Rising Moon* to tear away.
I swung the scythe in every direction, varying the stances as I went.
THUD—! CRACK!
The fourth-layer wall began to crumble, spitting jagged fragments.
Careful not to dig too deep in one spot lest it collapse, I swept wide left and right as I bored inward.
By the time I'd shaved away roughly ten meters of wall.
CLANG—!
The sensation at the tip of the scythe changed distinctly.
I cleared away the debris and peered inside.
Beyond the dark grey rock layer, a smooth cross-section of an entirely different color revealed itself.
"The second layer…!"
By Gallery reckoning, this was what they called the fifth wall layer.
The very boundary Sword Sovereign Ji-hee had said I needed to break through before I could learn the derivative technique of the third-tier instant-kill skill, *Sentence of Death – Slash*.
Sweat seeped into the hand gripping the scythe handle.
"Here I go."
I steadied my breathing.
I would connect every trajectory of the Moon Wheel Scythe Method into one.
I lowered my body and dropped the scythe, twisted my waist to draw it horizontally, leaped and swept it upward, then flipped the blade face and gathered force.
*Falling Moon* — *Half Moon* — *Rising Moon* — *Shrouded Moon*
Four trajectories traced the shape of a full moon in the air.
Hmmmmm—!
"*Full Moon.*"
The circular slashing wave shot toward the newly exposed fifth layer.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOM—!!!!!!!!!!!!
A thunderous roar.
The massive cloud of dust obscuring my vision cleared.
I caught my breath and peered into the hole I'd made.
A circular shape—the wall had been gouged several meters deep.
I had succeeded in breaking through the fifth wall layer in a single strike.
"Ha… ha…"
With trembling hands, I activated the holographic camera.
I captured a photo of the massive Full Moon-shaped hole I'd punched through.
______
Title: Broke through the 4th and 5th wall layers.
Author: Anon(121F)
{Photo of a round, deeply bored hole in the wall}
Chained the stances and used Full Moon—punched through the 5th layer too.
______
I posted it and looked back at the hole I'd made with a satisfied feeling, examining the inside carefully once more.
But then.
"Huh…?"
My brow furrowed.
In my bewilderment, I stole a glance at the comment section.

Fenrir: why does it look like it went two layers deeper than it should have?
Anon(431F): ???
Anon(335F): wait isn't the sixth layer slightly damaged too?
Anon(734F): ;;
Bug King: legendary.
